The Law Office’s customers receive a proposal for fees and expenses specifying the Law Office’s commitments and all conditions for invoicing its fees and expenses.

These fees consist of basic fees, additional fees that may be fixed or proportional We offer a fixed rate fee package for any dossier where the time to be spent on services can be known in advance. This package is fully due whatever the evolution of the file is and whatever the customer’s decision.

When the time to be spent on a dossier cannot be precisely defined in advance, the Law Office’s fees
are determined based on the time spent by lawyers in charge of the dossier entrusted and an hourly rate communicated prior taking over.

Dossier with complex issues, the Law Office proposes additional fees in a fee agreement.

It remains of course that the cost and disbursements incurred by the Law Office in the performance of its mission are the responsibility of the customer.
