ALI NEYA LAW FIRM is a sole proprietorship registered with the Burkina Faso Bar Association. It is located in District 05, Sector 23, at 1200 Logements, Rue 23.13 TIEFO AMORA, Duplex 346, Ouagadougou – BURKINA FASO. It is headed by Maître Ali NEYA, managing solicitor since 2001.
Created on 9 January 2002, following a declaration of existence bearing the registration certificate of the unique financial identifier (IFU) no. 0000 5970 M, and registered in the civil register of the registry of the High Court of Ouagadougou I under the name Cabinet d’Avocat d’Affaires Ali NEYA ‘CAAAN’, registered in the RSCPM under number BF – OUA – 2019 – C – 00011 of 1 April 2021, CAAAN, as an independent law firm dedicated to legal excellence and strategic support for its clients, both in Burkina Faso and internationally, is recognised as a leading firm in its areas of expertise, particularly in advising and defending professional and private clients.
